Student Grants & Awards

Aramco Internal Audit Dissertation Scholarship – provides funds to select doctoral candidates interested in the field of internal auditing.

Larry B. Sawyer Student Scholarship – is granted to undergraduate or graduate level students currently enrolled in, or has recently completed, internal audit curricula.

Educator & University Grants

The Foundation’s Internal Audit Academic Alliance Program works with strategic leaders to help promote the study of internal auditing within college and university curriculum.. Internal Audit Dissertation Scholarship

Formerly, the Michael J. Barrett Doctoral Dissertation Grant, the award was established to encourage internal audit studies by doctoral candidates.

Internal Audit Academic Alliance Grant Program

The Internal Audit Foundation is pleased to administer the annual Academic Alliance grant program (formerly the IAEP Grant Program) for Internal Audit Academic Alliance institutions supported by contributions to the Foundation’s Academic Fund.

Larry B. Sawyer Student Scholarship

The Larry B. Sawyer Student Scholarship (formerly the Esther R. Sawyer Award) was established in 2000 by the Internal Audit Foundation Board of Trustees and funded through a generous contribution to the Foundation by the Sawyer family.
