Welcome to the IIA Wichita Chapter
Founded in 1977, the Wichita Chapter of the IIA actively supports the internal audit profession in Wichita and the surrounding areas. The Chapter provides low-cost training, education, and networking opportunities to internal audit professionals via our meetings and events.
Monthly Meetings / Annual Seminar
The Wichita Chapter holds monthly in-person meetings from September through April. Meetings include a social and networking lunch from 11:30 a.m. to noon, followed by a one-hour CPE session. In May, we host our annual one-day seminar providing 6-8 hours of CPE. Together, our meeting schedule offers members up to 14-15 hours of CPE opportunities throughout the chapter year.Community Involvement
Each year, the Wichita IIA proudly supports a local nonprofit by providing a monetary donation, helping strengthen the community we serve. Our members vote annually to select the recipient, ensuring our giving reflects the values and priorities of our chapter community.Chapter Advocacy Supporter
The 2026 IIA Advocacy Key recognizes U.S. chapters that have strengthened the internal audit profession through direct grassroots advocacy. This badge honors the chapter’s critical support of IIA Advocacy in advancing robust and coordinated engagement with key U.S. policymakers.
