Jonathon Jones

Jonathon Jones is an accomplished enterprise solutions leader with 15 years of experience driving global engagement, strategic partnerships, and organizational development. As Director of Enterprise Solutions at The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Jonathon leads a global team that supports more than 260,000 members through innovative enterprise sales initiatives, tailored membership engagement strategies, and dynamic training solutions.

Since joining The IIA in 2014, Jonathon has held leadership roles across Certifications, Membership, and Global Enterprise Sales, contributing to key initiatives that advance the internal audit profession worldwide. He is recognized for his collaborative, innovation-focused, and inclusive leadership style, and for building practical, results-oriented solutions that align with organizational goals and member needs.


Lindsay Patterson, CIA, CPA

Lindsay Patterson is the Executive Vice President of Membership, Marketing, & Communications at The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Lindsay has over 15 years of experience at finance, accounting, governance, and not-for-profit
organizations. In these roles, she has managed projects in support of accounting and auditing standards, the CPA Exam, emerging technologies, legislation and regulation, professional development, client support, and more.

At The IIA, Lindsay works to make sure IIA members have the tools they need to grow in their careers and help their organizations succeed. Her portfolio includes chapter engagement, member recruitment and retention, stakeholder communications, and business development.
In addition to her work supporting the accounting and auditing profession, Lindsay also serves on the Board of Directors for Beta Alpha Psi and for the American Psychological Association, as well as the Board of Trustees for the American Accounting Association Foundation.

Lindsay earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and two Bachelor degrees from the University of Texas at Austin – one in Government and the other in Journalism. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
