Yulia Gurman, CIA, CPA
Director of the Global Board, 2026–27
Yulia Gurman is a 2026-27 Director on The IIA’s Global Board of Directors and the 2026-27 Senior Vice Chair of The IIA’s North American Board of Directors.
Most recently, she served on the IIA’s Global Board of Directors as Director, Professional Standards, and as a Director on The IIA’s North American Board.
Yulia has more than 23 years of experience in audit, internal control, and risk management. She currently serves as Vice President of Internal Audit and Corporate Security at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA), one of the largest producers of containerboard and corrugated packaging products in the United States. In this role, she is responsible for Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Corporate Security.
Prior to joining PCA, she served in a variety of internal audit leadership roles across multiple industries.
Yulia earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and information systems from DePaul University. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
