In this session, participating IA leaders will:
- Discuss options between providing audit or advisory services relating to business continuity and the advantages and disadvantages of the two different forms of service.
- Understand how internal audit can gain acceptance from stakeholders for internal audit to provide assurance, advice, insight and foresight relating to business continuity.
- Share strategies for leveraging risk assessment efforts performed by 1st and 2nd line functions relating to business continuity.
- Leverage lessons learned and/or success stories from peers who have performed audits or advisory services relating to business continuity.
