As a Senior Data Analyst at First Citizens Bank, Aspen Ambrose has helped develop and currently maintains audit data architecture including automated workflows, visualizations, continuous monitoring tools, and dashboards that allow the Audit department to make data lead decisions. Given her unconventional road to analytics, she believes and is proof that everyone, regardless of their technical background, can be data analysts when enabled to use the right tools to improve their work and drive more meaningful insights. With almost a decade working in analytics and 7 years working with Audit departments across 3 sectors, she brings a unique perspective of technical experience from a non-technical education.
