2025 Leadership Academy will be held at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Convention Center. Coming soon, room rates and booking information.

Special room rates have been secured by The IIA for your stay.

• $330 plus 12.5% tax, single or double occupancy, per night 
• $35 for each additional person (18 years and older), per person, per night 
• Cutoff dates: Thursday, March 13, 2025 

Rooms may be selected at both The Yacht Club and Beach Club when making a reservation, and Disney theme park tickets at a special rate can be purchased here:

• Rooms can also be reserved by calling Disney Group Reservations Phone Team at (407) 939-4686 Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm EST and Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-5:00pm EST. 
• Room Reservation Cutoff Date: Thursday, March 13, 2025 
• Check-in and Check-out Times: 
• Check-in after 3:00 pm  
• Check-out before 11:00 am 

 Booking Policy

• A deposit must be received at time of booking, or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• Deposits for room-only reservations are equal to one night’s room price plus tax.
• Final payment is due on the day of arrival.

Cancellation policy

• To receive a refund of your deposit, including credit card deposit transactions, Disney must receive notice of cancellation from you at least eight (8) days before your arrival date.   
• To cancel a room reservation, call (407) 939-4686.   
• Please note that if you are holding any other types of reservations, such as dining reservations, those reservations will not be cancelled unless you also advise Disney to cancel them.
