Collecting your attendance at sessions has become easier! Simply walk through the designated room doors while wearing your badge for a seamless scan on the go.

Approximately 10 business days after the conference, you will receive your CPE Certificate via email. Your CPE certificate will be emailed to the email address used to register for the conference.

Session evaluations can be completed in the conference mobile app by selecting the schedule icon, choose the session you attended, and select survey. Each session will have a survey. If you are not utilizing the mobile app and would still like to provide your feedback on the session, you can access all evaluations by visiting the Attendee hub on your computer.
The overall conference evaluation will be sent to you via email on the last day of the conference. Your participation in the conference is appreciated.
All evaluations for the conference will close on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

Luggage storage will be offered on Wednesday, July 16, from 7:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Level 600 just past registration on your right. The cost is CAD $5 per item checked. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Metro Toronto Convention Centre has 1,700 indoor parking spaces between the North and South Buildings. Express-Pay (credit card) parking makes getting into and out of the parking garage a breeze! Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted in parking as well as cash. We encourage credit card payment as the high-speed line is quick and Express Lanes are available.
