The dress code for the conference is business casual.

Collecting your attendance at sessions has become easier! Simply walk through the designated room doors while wearing your badge for a seamless scan on the go.

Approximately 10 business days after the conference, you will receive your CPE Certificate via email. Your CPE certificate will be emailed to the email address used to register for the conference.

Session evaluations can be completed in the conference mobile app by selecting the schedule icon, choose the session you attended, and select survey. Each session will have a survey. If you are not utilizing the mobile app and would still like to provide your feedback on the session, you can access all evaluations by visiting the Attendee hub on your computer.

The overall conference evaluation will be sent to you via email on the last day of the conference. Your participation in the conference is appreciated.

All evaluations for the conference will close on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

The Lactation Pod can be found on Level 600 near Room 606 and is always available during the conference. Please download the Mamava app and scan the QR code located on the unit.

Luggage storage will be offered on Wednesday, July 16, from 7:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Level 600 just past registration on your right. The cost is CAD $5 per item checked. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Lost and Found is located at the Customer Relations desk on Level 600 during registration hours.

Metro Toronto Convention Centre has 1,700 indoor parking spaces between the North and South Buildings. Express-Pay (credit card) parking makes getting into and out of the parking garage a breeze! Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted in parking as well as cash. We encourage credit card payment as the high-speed line is quick and Express Lanes are available.

In addition, 9 meters (30 feet) surrounding any entrance and exit, is designated as non-smoking areas. Electronic cigarettes and vapors are prohibited.

The South Building provides accessible street-level access from Bremner Blvd. The South Parking Garage has 9 accessible parking spaces, and there is also an accessible entrance from the PATH.

Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) – 16 miles away
For your safety and security, be sure to choose a licensed taxi or limo. They charge flat rates – no surge pricing – to Toronto destinations, accept all major credit cards and meet safety requirements. Airport limos are premium black cars and charge approximately 10% more than a taxi.

• Go to the designated pick-up area on the terminal curbs, Arrivals Level.
• Ask about the flat rate fare information in the vehicle.

Union Pearson Express runs from Pearson Airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto in just 25 minutes.
