*Note for those checking out on Tuesday, April 15: Hotel check-out is 11:00 am. Luggage storage is available at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Convention Center in the Saybrook Room. Be sure to bring your luggage with you when you depart the Caribbean Beach Resort on Tuesday morning. There will not be a bus back to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort on this day.

The dress code for the Conference is business casual.

Complimentary wireless internet access is available for all hotel and non-hotel guests visiting the Caribbean Beach Resort and the Yacht & Beach Club Resort & Convention Center. Access and speeds may vary based on the user’s location in the resort.

To access complimentary Wi-Fi, simply select the Walt Disney World Resort network from a Wi-Fi enabled device. Then, you will be able to browse the Internet, read email, and access instant messaging.

The 2025 Global Student Convention App is downloadable to most mobile devices or a PC and gives you access to up-to-the-minute schedules, information about our sponsors, exhibitors, speaker presentations and more.

An App Help Desk will be located at the Registration Desk in the Asbury Rotunda.

NOTE: Not all presenters make their presentations available for attendees after the Conference.

Complete your session evaluations in the Conference mobile app by selecting the schedule icon; choose the session you attended and select survey. Each session will have a survey. If you are not utilizing the mobile app and would still like to provide your feedback on the session, you can access all evaluations by visiting the Attendee hub on your computer. 

The overall Conference evaluation will be sent to you via email on the last day of the Conference. Your participation in the Conference evaluation is appreciated. All evaluations for the Conference will close on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Guests are welcome to check in earlier than 3:00 p.m. if there are available rooms.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort also features on-line check-in which you can access by logging on to  Online Check-In service at Disney’sworld.com or with the My Disney’s Experience app.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m. If your travel plans require a late checkout, please contact the Front Desk to request a late check-out as soon as possible. We recommend during your check-in time or the evening prior to your departure.

Check-In: Arriving early? If you arrive before your room is ready, you may check your bags with Bell Services while you explore, grab something to eat or enjoy the amenities. For your convenience, your bags can be delivered to your room later in the day.

Check-Out: A luggage check is available on Tuesday, April 15 from 7:00 am – 2:00 pm in the Saybrook room located in the Convention Center at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort. This service is complimentary to all Leadership & GSC attendees. Please be sure to pick up your luggage by no later than 2:00 pm.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is wheelchair friendly and is equipped with elevators or ramps near stairs throughout the hotels and convention center allowing comfortable access to the properties.

The Business Service Center is located in the Convention Center of Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort and can assist with overnight courier services, copying assistance, notary services, internet and fax service. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm. For more information, contact the Business Service Center at the Convention Center.

Self-Parking

• Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort offers complimentary self-parking for overnight and day guests.
• Guests staying at the resorts have in/out privileges.

Valet Parking is not available

All Disney Resort Hotels are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms, on patios or on balconies.

Smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce vapor or smoke is allowed only in designated areas.

Smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor smoking locations of each Disney Resort hotel. Guests can request location information upon check-in.

If you have questions about the smoking policy or wish to locate the nearest designated smoking area, please visit our Designated Smoking Areas page or ask a Disney Cast Member.

Smoking marijuana is not permitted at any time, even in designated smoking areas.

To cover the costs of cleaning and restoring the room to a smoke-free condition, a US $250 to US $500 room recovery fee plus tax (based on the Disney’s Resort hotel and room type) will be charged to Guests who smoke in hotel rooms, on balconies or on patios.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort does provide transportation to theme parks and Disney Springs; however, they do not provide services to and from the airport.

The pick-up and drop-off for ride share is located at the Main Entrance of the Hotel.

Ride Share Pick-Up (Orlando International Airport-MCO)

All Ride Share companies (such as Uber, Lyft and Wingz) may pick up passengers on the Arrivals Curb at Terminal A (Level 2), Terminal B (Level 2), Terminal C, (level 6).

After 9 PM access Terminal A and B on level 3.

Ride Share Drop-Off (Orlando International Airport-MCO)

All Ride Share companies (such as Uber, Lyft and Wingz) may drop passengers off on the Departures Curb at: Terminal A (Level 3), Terminal B (Level 3), Terminal C (Level 2).
