Complimentary wireless internet access is available for all hotel and non-hotel guests visiting the Caribbean Beach Resort and the Yacht & Beach Club Resort & Convention Center. Access and speeds may vary based on the user’s location in the resort.

To access complimentary Wi-Fi, simply select the Walt Disney World Resort network from a Wi-Fi enabled device. Then, you will be able to browse the Internet, read email, and access instant messaging.

An App Help Desk will be located at the Registration Desk in the Asbury Foyer.

The 2026 Global Student Convention App is downloadable to most mobile devices or a PC and gives you access to up-to-the-minute schedules, information about our sponsors, exhibitors, speaker presentations and more.

• Exchange contact information
• Add information to “My Schedule”

This is located in the Conference mobile app. Go to the schedule in the app, select the applicable session to see the details, and click on the "Attachments" icon.

NOTE: Not all presenters make their presentations available for attendees after the Conference.

Complete your session evaluations in the Conference mobile app by selecting the schedule icon; choose the session you attended and select survey. Each session will have a survey. If you are not utilizing the mobile app and would still like to provide your feedback on the session, you can access all evaluations by visiting the Attendee hub on your computer.

The overall Conference evaluation will be sent to you via email on the last day of the Conference. Your participation in the Conference evaluation is appreciated. All evaluations for the Conference will close on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

The dress code for the Conference is business casual.

Yes, please request your room be located in building 37, 38, or 39. This is the Trinidad area at the Caribbean Beach Resort.

For guests staying at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, bus transportation is available to the Convention site.

Pick-up and Drop-off location is in the Trinidad parking lot behind building 37.

*For those checking out on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, hotel check-out is 11:00 am. Be sure to bring your luggage with you when you depart from the Caribbean Beach Resort on Tuesday morning. Luggage check is available at Disney’s Yacht Club & Beach Club Convention Center in the Saybrook Room. Conference activities will end at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. There will not be a bus back to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort on this day.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Guests are welcome to check in earlier than 3:00 p.m. if there are available rooms.
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort features on-line check-in which you can access by logging on to Online Check-In service at Disney’s World or with the My Disney’s Experience app.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m. If your travel plans require a late checkout, please contact the Front Desk to request a late check-out as soon as possible. We recommend making this request during your check-in time or the evening prior to your departure.

Check-In: Arriving early? If you arrive before your room is ready, you may check your bags with Bell Services so you can begin your vacation right away. Your bags can be delivered to your room for your convenience later in the day.

Check-Out: A luggage check is available on Tuesday, April 21st from 7:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the Saybrook room located in the Convention Center at Disney’s Yacht Club & Beach Club Resorts. This service is complimentary to all GSC attendees (gratuities are appreciated but not required). Please be sure to pick up your luggage by no later than 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21st.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney’s Yacht Club and Beach Club Resorts are wheelchair friendly and are equipped with elevators or ramps near stairs throughout the hotels and convention center allowing comfortable access to the properties.

The Business Service Center is located in the Convention Center of Disney’s Yacht Club & Beach Club Resort and can assist with overnight courier services, copying assistance, notary services, internet and fax service. For more information, contact the Business Service Center at the Convention Center.

Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Self-Parking

• Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort offers complimentary self-parking for overnight and day guests.
• Guests staying at the resorts have in/out privileges.

Valet Parking

• This service is not available at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

All Disney Resort Hotels are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms, on patios or on balconies.

Smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce vapor or smoke is allowed only in designated areas.

Smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor smoking locations of each Disney Resort hotel. Guests can request location information upon check-in.

If you have questions about the smoking policy or wish to locate the nearest designated smoking area, please visit our Designated Smoking Areas page or ask a Disney Cast Member.

Smoking marijuana is not permitted at any time, even in designated smoking areas.

A $250-$500 room-recovery fee will be charged for smoking in Guest rooms or on balconies or patios at Disney Resort hotels.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort does provide transportation to theme parks and Disney Springs; however, they do not provide services to and from the airport.

The pick-up and drop-off for ride share is located at the Main Entrance of the Hotel.

All Ride Share companies (such as Uber, Lyft, Wingz, and KreweCar) may pick up passengers on the Arrivals Curb at Terminal A (Level 2), Terminal B (Level 2), Terminal C, (level 6).

After 9 PM access Terminal A and B on level 3.

Ride Share Drop-Off (Orlando International Airport-MCO)

All Ride Share companies (such as Uber, Lyft, Wingz and KreweCar) may drop passengers off on the Departures Curb at: Terminal A (Level 3), Terminal B (Level 3), Terminal C (Level 2).
