Chapter Advocacy Supporter
The 2026 IIA Advocacy Key recognizes U.S. chapters that have strengthened the internal audit profession through direct grassroots advocacy. This badge honors the chapter’s critical support of IIA Advocacy in advancing robust and coordinated engagement with key U.S. policymakers.
Our chapter maintains a membership of over 400 audit professionals and our leadership is comprised of a 19-person board, which includes our officers and governors who develop the annual CPE program, maintain bylaws, interact with universities, plan and market networking events, and serve our large membership base.
The chapter’s primary goals are to provide affordable and engaging CPE opportunities to our members and to the broader audit community, and to facilitate networking and knowledge sharing opportunities throughout each program year.
We also support audit programs at select educational institutions through student scholarships and educational program financial assistance. We visit these universities to market the many benefits of becoming an audit professional.
