In today’s volatile and fast-evolving business landscape, internal audit must transcend its traditional role as a yearly compliance monitor. This presentation explores how auditors can take on an expanded role —anticipating emerging threats, adapting to shifting priorities, and embedding themselves in decision-making processes. Through frameworks like the Risk Radar and agile auditing techniques, we’ll examine how internal audit can proactively guide organizations through uncertainty and transformation.
